Getting direction of call for Agent from Recording Calls SIP Header

Hi,

Is there any parameters in SIP Messages of recording streams/calls which can tell us either the call was inbound or outbound for agent device?

We checked SIP messages but don't see any parameter.(SIP Header attached)

Hi Umesh,

The SIP message will not tell you if the agent device initiated the call or received the call. I believe you have to use CTI (JTAPI or TAPI) to monitor one of the devices to see who initiated the call.
