How to set default workspace in Call Studio

I had to move my .git repository and now I am trying to get Call Studio to bring that up by default when it is launched.
I have removed the old repository from my HD, and have removed it from the recent workspaces in Call Studio.
I have tried to also reset preferences to default, but that has not solved my problem.
I am simply trying to not have to "switch workspace" and restart each time Call Studio is launched.
Is there an .ini file or some other hidden preference I need to modify to set the default workspace when Call Studio launches?
