Need assist with monitoring and controlling the SIP phone model 8861. CTI device control is enabled for the station and station DN line. The CTI account also has control of this station. I got "Address is Restricted" every time I tried to monitor the station. The same JTAPI was able to monitor and control a SCCP phone.
Check if the user has 'Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf' role assigned in CUCM admin and assign it to the user if not already done.
