Removing video m-line from inbound invite

Does anyone have LUA script sample for removing the video m-line from any inbound invite from a Jabber client that contains a RECV-ONLY attribute? We want to disable Jabber's ability to receive & send video due to limited bandwidth. Turning off video on Jabber CUCM settings is insufficient as this does not disable Jabber's ability to receive video.

There's a pretty close example of this in the SIP T&N Developers Guide... It doesn't remove video m-line, it disables it instead...
