Hi,
I have the same issue.
I have two vlans created in a 2960X-24PS switch, to force traffic going to gateway to pass through a transparent firewall. Sometimes, connecttion to gateway falls down for 5 seconds or so, enough to lose connection with remote servers and databases. Gateway is a pair of Cisco 800 rotuers in HSRP.
I realized MAC address of the gateway is only learnt in one of the vlan, never in both at the same time, so I think I´m affected by this bug.
I don´t information about it on release notes. I mean, the bug doesn´t appear as a known or resolved caveat.
Anybody knows how to fix it? Please, help.

Finally, I had to open a case with TAC. It looks like this problem is relate with a classifier that is enable by default in this firmware versión. So, disabling it, is enough to get the switch become able to learn the MAC address on both VLAN, solving the problem.
This is the configuration I made:
#no macro auto monitor
