The ISR1k-4G device shows as out-of-sync and Viptela OS, even though it is running Cisco OS.
What could be the root cause of this issue and impacted devices? Do these devices respond to the API calls by vManage?

I am afraid you and any one that hit this bug will have to wait for Cisco work
