Hi, Is that something which we can fix? As we just deployed UCCX 9.0 and this is happening which is really annoying for the customer.

No, there is no way to work around this issue but if you are on 9.0 then this should be fixed in that release. For additional investigation please open a Service Request with Cisco TAC.

Yes, we had to upgrade. Not sure which version it is but it was upgraded to later release of 9.0 which resolved the issue

Imran, did you find any additional workarounds for this issue? I have a customer that recently upgraded to 9.0(1)SU1 and they are hitting this bug as well.
