CSCur34933 - IP Phone 8941 freezes frequently due to bad network

I have the same issue with 8945 phones. But its not an network issue. I am running the beta code on a group of phones and still have the issue with the phone locking up. Any news on a new software to try to fix this issue?

I have a same issue with 8945 model running on SIP. Phones are getting freezes after network flap. All other phone came up once network restored but 8945 not.

We have also seen this issue with the 8945 phone model.  Tested on both SIP and SCCP modes with different firmware.  Currently seeing it in our India office running code SCCP894x.9-4-2SR3-1 and the office has a local subscriber.

Symptoms are exact, phone is frozen, does not respond to input, cannot access webpage, following a shut/noshut or physical restart phone is back to normal.
