Can anybody describe why mentioned bug details are not available? Seems that the same bug details were available yesterday.

Does this bug affect to the device(ip phone 6921 SCCP) if the switch and phone both are of Cisco. Also what is the proper fix for this issue.

One workaround is to download the installer from a different product like UCCX.
