When we transfer a call on Jabber (cti mode) and we select transfer, then type the number.
At this condition, the person on the phone can hear our voice while typing the number. we need music on hold if the user push the transfer button. Any solution?

We are having same with version 11.9.1.
Anybody know if this is going to be fixed?

Hi there
This request is still marked as an Enhancement request with Severity 6. No fixes are being mentioned. Due to NDA no roadmaps cant be discussed either. So your best bet is the touch base with your Cisco SE/AM .
