Anyone who has 11.6 running, can you please clarify the behaviour?
EXAMPLE:
Supervisor is prime for the Sales team and an alternate for the Service team.
Under Manage Team, they can see and manage agents of both Sales and Service teams.
With this change in release 11.6, does this mean that Manage Team behaves as is. But Team Data and Queue Data will show only the agents in the Sales and Service teams and the queues within these teams as well.
I am trying to ensure before my customer goes to 11.6 to resolve this issue, that the above is true and they will not only see the team they are the prime for - i.e. Sales.
