we have a similar issue with UCCE  cisco finesse where agents in a site cannot able to see their phone book . is it related to same bug CSCur70202

Hy guys We had almost similar issue on a Nexus 10G Uplink Port with version 7.0(3)I1(2) No mac addresses could learned on the affected Port, until a port bounce.   Does anyone experience same issue?   Thank you very much! BR Adrian

Can you please specify the version where this issue is fixed? Also the Workaround is not clear. What should be added in jabber.config.xml?

This caveat is labeled an enhancement and fixed, but no known public code.  Is there a release with this enhancement available to Cisco customers?
