This bug happens now again in 4.22 SP1. Problem now is, the database is to large. It can't anymore be manually uploaded, CSM complains that the file size is > 50 MB, which is correct, the file is 64 MB now. Also the auto update doesn't anymore work, because the file can't be found on the Cisco server.
