Same behavior seen on Jabber 12.9.2.54247, Windows 10, not intermittent. 

ISR4321 with version 16.12.4 will not solve the bug. Still wrong OID's with it… During a call the OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.x should be on 1(up) but are on 5 (dormant) instead.
