CSCvb30960 - Large flow introduces latency on all traffic in FirePOWER Service on ASA

We are experiencing latency issues on an ASA5515 with the FirePower module and software version 6.3.0.2-67.

This issue started at 0300 UTC on the 5th June with both the CPU's jumping up to 90%+ and we experience a latency of between 500-1600ms for traffic being inspected by the Module. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue with this version and module?
