Has anyone seen the same problem with version 3.2?
We seem to be having the same problem in ISR 4331 running 15.7 and 15.8.

Hey Leo,
I'm installing VMware_ESXi_6.7.0_13006603_Custom_Cisco_6.7.2.1 on a UCS-E160S-M3/K9 in an ISR4331.
The ISR is running 16.8.1 (it will be upgraded to 16.9.4 shortly)
The UCE is running 3.2.6
I've configured the boot order to leave out PXE boot, and in other attempts, I've left out the Floppy Disk Drive from the boot order. Even with these configuration options removed from the actual boot order, the UCSE still seems to go through each boot option.
For example, the UCS will attempt all four PXE boot options.
I would like to leave out all the extra boot options to speed up boot time.

Same issue with an E-180D M3. Can't change bootup order so the server is always trying to load into the Shell which is useless for a production server. I have to manually force it to boot from Raid or it won't. I also can't install any version of Windows prior to 2019 as Windows doesn't detect the RAID and Cisco.com has no drivers for it. 2019 does install but locks up soon after I get to the login screen. BIOS is over 1.5 years old with no new updates. What a mess.
