FYI to anyone else that has had this issue, we had it on one particular stack, but not others running the same code.  Also, we found that the hang occured for us during telnet sessions only, but not SSH.

From what i understand is that we cannot have a primary/backup tunnel on the ftd.  My requirement is to connect to a client who has two ISP links terminated, if ISP1 has a problem and the tunnel goes down, how does it auto switch to the 2nd ISP ?
