It still does it on a 6807 running 15.5(1).SY5 on dual SUP6T cards, and there is no USB plugged in.
It started showing up just after coming up on this new IOS at the same time "wr mem" and "sh run" started taking a full 1 minute and 30 seconds to execute. Before this IOS upgrade those commands took less than 10 seconds to execute. It is running on the alternate SUP6T card now, whereas before it was running on the primary, so it may be an issue with the card and not the IOS but I'm not going to switch over on a production switch just to test that theory.
