CSCvd40382 - IPIVR MIVR JVM heap memory usage is high and core dump due to VXML Documents

Hello,

 

My customer have VVB Ver 11.6 and ES 85 is installed.

 

We hear a "Fragmented audio" in every call in all IVRs, It's happening couple times in month.

 

After investigation I see that when this happend, There is a lots of alerts in the VVB server:

Also the "Engine" service is in Partial Service.

 

To solve the problem I Restart this service, after that the service back to "In service" state, and we will Hear the IVR OK without Fragmented audio.

 

 

- Someone got this error too and know the cause of this problem?

 

- Also, if he solved this error without the workaround:

"Pro-actively restart engine in MW or weekends to clean the memory."
