CSCvd58729 - 8845/8865 IP Phone Clicking Noise on Handset Calls

We have the same problem with 2 x 8865(white color). The noise is only with the handset mode. No problem with speaker mode or external headset mode.

I would open a TAC case as this appears to be Hardware related and not Firmware related;

From the Bug notes;

Issue appears to be specific to hardware functionality with regard to audio output via handset speaker.

Has this ever been resolved?  I have three 8845's doing this.
