We have the same problem with 2 x 8865(white color). The noise is only with the handset mode. No problem with speaker mode or external headset mode.

Is there a solution to see an IP surveillance camera on a Cisco 9971 phone?I know that Cisco has developed an app on the SPA525G. But unfortunately we have only 9900 phones.Many thanks !Daniel
