Hello,
We had an unexpected reboot on our N9K-C93180YC-EX-24 in version 9.3(3);
The switch restarted without any action on our part.
Searching the SHTECH, I found this information:
----- reset reason for Supervisor-module 1 (from Supervisor in slot 1) ---
1) At 922702 usecs after Wed Jul 17 15:05:21 2024
Reason: Reset triggered due to HA policy of Reset
Service: tamnw hap reset
Version: 9.3(3)
This corresponds to the bug in the subject, how can I confirm it?
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Jonathan

- Because of the 'look alike' ; rest assured it is the same problem ; if you are already beyond a fixed version mentioned in the bug report then contact , TAC .

Thank you for your reply Marce
The problem is that the bug concerns the Cisco product “MDS 9000 NX-OS and SAN-OS Software” and our product is N9K-C93180YC-EX-24 in version 9.3(3).
I don't know if we're in the same situation exactly.
I'd like to check other logs in SH TECH but I don't know what to look for.

- Try using https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286328371/type/286280105/release/9.3(6)
and check if that can help ,
