Hi,

I am trying to install the ISR-WAAS-5.5.1.12.ova on an ISR4321/K9 and it sends the following error:

Installing bootflash:/ISR-WAAS-5.5.5.16.ova

installing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
installation failure decision to exit

But if I perform the installation on the same equipment with the ISR-WAAS-5.5.1.12.ova, it completes but is not registered in WCM:

Installing bootflash:/ISR-WAAS-5.5.1.12.ova

The solution for this log is to upload the DRAM memory of the equipment, since a Cisco ISR4321/K9 by default has 4GB of Flash Memory and RAM, both soldered on the motherboard, however when mounting the VM with OVA, it requires at least 8GB of RAM, since in Cisco specifications, an ISR-WAAS-200 needs 3 to 4 GB to be able to carry out the installation process of the virtual-service.

Part ID: MEM-4320-4GU8G

Before:

cisco ISR4321/K9 (1RU) processor with 1650839K/6147K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FLM2232W1P5
4 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
1 Serial interface
32768K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
4194304K bytes of physical memory.
3125247K bytes of flash memory at bootflash:.
20971520K bytes of SATA hard disk at harddisk:.

Later:

cisco ISR4321/K9 (1RU) processor with 3698839K/6147K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FLM2232W1P5
4 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
1 Serial interface
32768K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.
8388608K bytes of physical memory.
3125247K bytes of flash memory at bootflash:.
20971520K bytes of SATA hard disk at harddisk:.
