CSCve04418 - "FRU Power Supply is not responding" seen on 2960XR

We are running a pair of WS-2960XR- 48fpd-I Switches in a Stack Configuration. Our Syslog Server Is reporting a Non-responsive FRU Power Supply.  I think this is a known bug, but our IOS version is 15.2(4)E7 and is booting the C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M software image.  What version of software has this bug been fixed?

Since we are running 15.2(4)E7, I expected this error message to go away.  Has this ever been fixed?

Raise a TAC Case.
Bug IDs are rarely updated (and equally accurate).

And if one asks TAC to "update" the Bug IDs it can be an exercise in frustration.

I have this issue on 15.2(7)E4.  So, it still continues...
