With so many applications migrating to the cloud, VPN is becoming less and less relevant. Remote workers do not want to connect to VPN in order to do phone control from Jabber/Webex App. They wish to control handsets and on-prem registered DXs with the Webex App. Our inability to do desk phone control, further breaks our ability to SHARE SCREEN when using on-prem devices and the Webex App.
Please reconsider this feature request as a necessary, modern workflow for our remote workforce.
