is there any update about this bug?
We are running CMS 2.9, TMS 15.9 and CUCM 12.5.
We've tried with partecipant template but it seems that DTMF are never sent.
It seems to be in important limitation if you offer a direction service for events and you need to connect to other system that requires a PIN in order to enter a room.
