CSCvf26967 - vWLC OVA does not deploy on VMWare ESXi 6.5 using UI deploy

Greetings,

I am attempting to deploy  vWLC OVA doeson VMWare ESXi 6.7 using UI deploy and getting seeing the error:

"A required disk image was missing." is seen and after clicking the Finish button below error is seen "Failed to deploy VM: postNFCData failed: Cannot POST to non-disk files"

Is there a fix for this? Can I use an .iso file to deploy this and if I do then could you supply me with a link for the recommended configurations (memory, cpu, hardrive space)  for it in ESXi 6.7.

I have encountered the same problem.

I think there's a name issue on the iso file on the ovf files.

Here how i was able to install:

-untar the ova file and upload the AS_CTVM_SMALL_8_8_100_0.iso to datastore

-depoly ova file, you get an error but the vm is created

-edit machine setting and just change the iso file on the cdrom to the one you've uploaded to vmware datastore.

-reboot the vWLC and complete installation
