This bug seems to also affect SNMP. At least with Observium, the subinterfaces disappear, and even after removing and re-adding them, they are still gone. Any new BE subinterfaces that are added behave.. atleast until reboot.

Not completely accurate version HXDP 3.0 (1d) command relinquish_node.py doesn't exist. Adding name server IPs into eth0.interface & VM reboot fixed the issue,though!
