I have the same problem, the same exceeds warning level and i think this causes impact on voice. My E1 controller changes port status to "clearbak" and E1 blocks all calls. Any solution? TAC not find any solution.

Seeing the error in Cisco IOS Software [Everest], ISR Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 16.6.5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3) - Cisco ISR4331/K9

%PLATFORM-4-ELEMENT_WARNING: SIP1: smand: RP/0: Used Memory value 91% exceeds warning level 88%

Message repeats every 10 minutes

Hello,

I have the same problem on more than 100 routers and the TAC says it's
normal. I wrote more than 50 emails with the TAC. gave up

Did you ever find a workaround or version that made this go away?

"isr4300-universalk9.16.06.02.SPA.bin" also have this issue, and OSPF neighbor is down once during this error.
