i am having a problem where a user tries to call out and immediately get a busy signal but when trying to redial (hit or miss) the second time it usually makes the call outbound.
I have witnessed it where i get a busy and then a fast bus...
how would i be able to remove an extension from a line without deleting the directory number?

Yes, We had an exchange server prior to the changeover. I believe it only allows one smart host.Once you are fully migrated over to google from exchange you can switch it to the google SMTP relay.
