Hello everybody.
I currently have Cisco CMS (Acano) integrated with Ms Skype for Bussines and everything is fine. But some of my partners are already moving to MS Teams, leaving Skype for Bussines, even because Skype for Bussines will stop operating in the first half of 2021. I opened a TAC call to see if there was any initiative already. to make compatibility and at first no, only one bug has been created, but I have no news of any progress.
I think if there is compatibility, it has to be maintained even if the product changes or even becomes another product. Do you agree?
I was wondering if the community is predicting the same problem and if anyone has taken action on it.
