did anyone face this bug while upgrading from uccx 11.5 SU1 to 11.6?

does there is a solution for this bug as cisco mentioned no work around .

That bug’s been marked as terminated since it was irreproducible in another environment. That’s why it doesn’t have any fix or workaround. You can safely discard this as a possibility.
