CSCvg93630 - Selfcare portal going blank for user id 2gpm_???

Hi,

I just have the same problem on version: 11.5.1.13901-3,

we have the 2-nodes cluster, and bizarrley it only happens on the publisher.

The issue seems to have been triggered by recent regeneration of certificates on the CM, to make them stronger. This is also awkward, because I can't see any relation.

Any idea, anybody ?

and, in our case, the user IDs are quite normal - 3 or 4 digits, nothing unusual.
