I'm also seeing this on WS-C3850-12X48U-L stack running Version 16.3.6.  Any suggestions?

Same issue on Cat9300L stack Version 16.12.04

Same issue on Cat9300-48UXM stack, version 16.12.04. Bug ID states the issue is resolved, has been since 16.8.2, that does not appear to be the case. We've replaced both stack cables to the switch and errors are still populating to the log for multiple switches in the stack. Switches seem to reload at random every couple of months.
