CSCvj13382 - ASR1K crash with Last reload reason Critical process fman_fp_image fault on fp_0_0 (rc=134)

Hello,

We have just had a crash on ASR 1001 just a few days after upgrading from 16.04.1 to 16.06.04. As per the bug report it should have been fixed in 16.06.04?
