as per the bug there is work around :

Workaround: Reloading the unit will resolve issue. Please also review child bug CSCvu07378 Further Problem Description: The output of may falsely indicate that there is no startup config, however if the config was saved before the SSD went into RO mode, there will be a startup config. (Condition seen on 9.2(1) and 7.0(3)I7(4) at least. No startup configuration <<< this may be a false positive, you can validate if a configuration was saved on the accounting log and the timestamp of the bootflash RO failure.

I think its not acceptable to reload a critical switch in a data center once in a week
what do you think about it?
@balaji.bandi

Sure i can totally understand  your concern,  what is the use case here or problem ? do you have EEM script required to write frequently or you have many changes ?

also as suggested contact TAC, they may offer different alternative option if they can.
