This bug shows it was fixed via a firmware update, but the new firmware is not listed or available. Can you please provide a link to download the new 3.2.x firmware?
Is there any fix for this in the 16.9.x ios family? Is reload the only fix? This is a little silly as most monitoring software polling snmp traffic quits working for physical interfaces after the 2 year 22 week time period.

I was able to reproduce your problem in my lab for FTD in version 7.0.4 (which uses ASA 9.16.3).
After upgrading my lab device to version 7.0.5, I can confirm that this defect is resolved.
FTD 7.0.5 is using ASA in version 9.1...
