CSCvo37492 - Enhancement Allow TMS Tools to remove references to Invalid Client Certificates

Hi I'm using TMS 15.9, after fresh install I'm getting the error under the TMS Tool-> TLS Client Certificate

the workaround is not so clear, I need someone to explain what exactly I need to do

Are you getting an error like "Client Certificates are not available..." or anything like that, from TMS Tool and or TMS GUI ? The recomendation to remove the Cert is after the client certificate problems are investigated/resolved, that should be the root cause for the issue.
