CSCvs16709 - Can not be streaming recording if Share Files in a meeting

If audio/video can only be transmitted if content is shared as a file, how does the work around help?  Are there any other alternatives?

When this bug will be fixed. Its more than 5 months !!!!

It also effects WebEx Events Center.  Which also doesn't have the 'optimize for video' option.  

Not only does the recording come out in content-centric format, videos shared as a file don't show on the recording at all.
