If audio/video can only be transmitted if content is shared as a file, how does the work around help? Are there any other alternatives?

Hi Wayne, In my case, the error returns after every reboot. Any guidance?

It also effects WebEx Events Center. Which also doesn't have the 'optimize for video' option. Not only does the recording come out in content-centric format, videos shared as a file don't show on the recording at all.
