Having same issues here. Ended up having to do a ccncopy from command line on the cue itself to upload files.
Also noticing that if I make a change in my IVR/IVR Application section, (such as change the number of someone who's on call) it deletes all of my dial in numbers and I have to recreate them and re-associate them with the application.
Buggy as heck and doesnt look like we gonna get a fix?
