CSCvo33834 - VVB - Deadlock messages filling logs and causing application manager to go to a partial down status. please suggest any fix for this bug.

This bug seems related to CSCvq40737 that was said was fixed in 10.1, but I still see it in 10.1.  Does anyone have a under the hood fix for these issues?  There is no never version available to download yet. 

This bug info was last modified on the 23rd July 2020, is there any way to see previous information and when it was actually created (and what was changed)?

I have experienced the same bug on the B200 M5 blades when upgrading to firmware 4.0(4)b and the suggested workaround also works there.
