We have faced the same issue several times now. Powering on the server does help as stated in the bug report: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu44053
Although this is quite not satisfiying as the bug report says "Status: fixed" but there is no "Known Fixed Releases" mentioned.
Is there a information missing in the bug report?
