My customer opened a TAC Case on this issue and was told there is a fix in Jabber release 14.0.1 but it has not been released yet. TAC told the customer to reach out to the Cisco Account Team for a beta release of 14.0.1. Is this possible or should the customer wait until it is released and available on the software download page?

Jabber is a nightmare...
Migrating to jabber 14.0 because of a bug where voice quality is degraded if there is BiB recording activated, then facing another bug on custom tab which was working well so far.
I don't have any arguments to prevent migration to MS Teams..sorry
