CSCvy39633 - 9115 AP crash due to kernel panic

Hi everybody

- I am having about 200 APs C9115 and one of them, they restart by themselves, no fixed time.
I checked the log and found nothing.

Sorry I missed the information and I have some questions as follows:

1: In case I can't upgrade the AP firmware to 17.6.4, can I disable TWT?

2: If I turn off TWT, will the user experience be affected when using Wifi?

3: According to my understanding, TWT will allow AP to take a break when there is no connection, right?

I'm really looking forward to your support because AP cisco is really quite new to me.

i was not sure that fix your issue (what ever you encountering) - if this is production network, you need to plan when you deploying new features and monitor.

for now i suggest to go to TAC and alternative option if they can suggest. (if you are not able to upgrade to suggested version)

I have with same problem with 2x C9120 APs if the Radio FW version : 1268.14948.r14707 14707, randomly reboot the uptime has never exceeded 2-3 days.

Other C9120 APs (20 devices) has no this problem. only the APs that have the above Radio FW version has the problem.

Reboot the APs daily. 

If the switch is Cisco 3650/3850 or Catalyst 9k, let me know because I have an EnergyWise configuration that can reboot the APs daily.

Bugs affecting the first generation of AX APs, namely 910x, 911x, 912x and 9130, will not/no-longer be fixed as these models will fall into the End-of-Sale/End-of-Life cycle before 2025 is over.
