The first condition of this bug --> 1) Modify TACACS key (on either TACACS server or box) to create a mismatch, show commands or config commands might trigger a crash/reload   --> does this mean show commands after a modification or just show commands for TACACS

Whenever you change related to the TACACS config this crash will occur (if any show other commands used ) as per my understanding.

always suggest using a local account when you looking to change this kind of information.

Example: on ISE or ACS, disable this device, so you can log in using a Local account and make changes and enable on the ISE side to authenticate using TACACS, that way you can minimize the crash.

the normal condition we do not change this information day to day right?

Thank you - yes that makes sense - TACACS config changes are not a regular operation.
