Duplicated in the lab, setup 4 SPF+ 10G interfaces in de same quad (e1/9-12) with qsfp>sfp+ convertor. Logging from connected test switch:

Even if you put the port in admin shut the copmlete quad still goes down.
workaround;
First remove only the 10G interface. Then when link is down remove the convertor.
