Hi,
i have a issues with my CUCM System Ver 11.5.1, i can ope via VM console and able to access the cmd line of CUCM
i can open IM presence Server on web browser
i cannot open Unified Communication Manager on webbrowser.

i checked utils services list - Cisco TOMCAT is running but still unable to open the on WebCUCM, Cisco Bugsbrowser..
i checked >utils dpreplication runtimestate
It states
CISCO DATABASE LAYER MONITOR IS NOT RUNNING
CISCO DB replication is not running
CISCO DB IS NOT running
i tried stop and start via console > utils services start A CISCO DB
kindly support..
