DX70/DX80 Group Pickup not available on CE V8.3.1

Hi ,

am trying to get eh group pickup working for a customer trialling CE8.3.1 ,-This customer need to have this  function available .

earlier the customer was using Android, where this function was available.

do we have a solution for this issue please.

I got the same issue, but TAC told us that this feature is not avaible. CE 9.0.1 also not supporting Pickup  :-(

Shame , am in the process of reverting back to OLD Android version - (my understanding is the best way to do this would be from Endpoint DX70 .I will update of any progress
