It is not listed as effecting 17.06.03, but I have two C9300-48UXM switches where this is affecting. Very infrequent.

This issue will most likely dissapear if you upgrade to a recommended release. I can't remember seeing this after upgrading to 17.9.X or so.

This is a very well-known issue (bug). Options are to upgrade the software and put a logging discriminator.
